Most importantly Barry is here to support the excellent work which is carried out by paid staff and volunteers at Volunteer Link Up. Barry represents the organisation at meetings, as part of wider networking activities with voluntary and statutory organisations, who may support, or be supported by Volunteer Link Up. Ruth Lapworth

Deputy Manager and Volunteer Co-ordinator

Ruth matches volunteers with people wanting befriending, gardening or other practical help. She oversees the placements to ensure that everybody is happy with the arrangements. Catherine Sager

Transport Co-ordinator

Catherine's role as Transport Co-ordinator involves answering the phone and taking requests for transport every week. She contacts our clients and drivers and organises the lifts, ensuring that everyone has the correct information and is in the right place at the right time. Nicky Paris

Good Neighbour Scheme Co-ordinator

Nicky supports the network of 50 Good Neighbour Schemes across Oxfordshire. She provides advice and support to those thinking about setting up a Good Neighbour Scheme in their local area.
